Salary: €16.00 / €17.00 gross per hour, plus additional gratuities/tips

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen team at a renowned venue in County Cork. This role is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality culinary experiences in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cooking Excellence: Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards in your designated section.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain menu quality and consistency.
• Menu Innovation: Assist in menu planning and contribute to the creation of new dishes and specials.
• Food Safety: Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality output.
• Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper rotation.
• Workplace Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, promoting a safe and efficient workspace.
• Team Support: Collaborate effectively with colleagues during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and the ability to work across various kitchen sections.
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality dishes and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Immediate availability and willingness to relocate to Ireland.
